Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the So Moi Creations website (the "Service") operated by So Moi Creations ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of So Moi Creations and its licensors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

  • Custom Orders

    I do not take custom orders at this time.

  • Return Policy

    We prefer to consider all items a 'final sale' and we hope that you will always be pleased with the items you receive from So Moi Creations, Art & Bijoux. However, if the items are damaged during shipping, we will consider a refund within 30 days of the date the item(s) was(re) shipped.

  • Shipping

    Shipping is done through Canada Post. Please let me know if you have any questions or specific shipping instructions after you've placed your order.

Return Policy

We prefer to consider all items a 'final sale' and we hope that you will always be pleased with the items you receive from So Moi Creations, Art & Bijoux.  

However, if the items are damaged during shipping, we will consider a refund within 30 days of the date the item(s) was(re) shipped.  Returns will not be processed for length and weight issues.

Here is how to proceed: 

1. photograph the damaged item, 

2.  send along a description, proof of payment by email and, 

3. await a response from So Moi Creations, Art & Bijoux to determine if a refund is warranted. 

If the answer is YES, you can then send the item, with original proof of payment and a refund will be issued via the original method of payment or e-transfer once the item is received.

Please make sure to package all returns in a proper manner to prevent breakage in transit.

Shipping Policy

All items are handmade. You will receive email updates on shipping as the item is tracked and upon delivery you will receive email with a delivered message.  

Standard shipping is the default checkout setting. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.


Priority shipping:  is an upgrade charge and once shipped your package should arrive in approx 2-3 business days delivery depending on your location and includes limited shipping insurance.

We do not do international shipping at this time.

How to determine your bracelet size

Measure your wrist with a string, ribbon or measuring tape above the wrist bone on the hand you will wear the bracelet.  Measurement should be snug, not tight;  then add 1/2 inch or 1.4cm so that the bracelet hangs properly.
